River CoNB Employee Parking Permit Eligibility & Rules
River CoNB Employee Parking Permits are available only to select City of New Braunfels department employees and approved contractors assigned to river operations.
Before submitting your application, you must obtain a 4-digit River Employer ID Number from your designated City of New Braunfels department manager or your approved contractor employer.
All River CoNB Employee Parking Permits must be requested and issued through the online permit portal.
Permits are FREE and valid annually from May 1 through Labor Day.
The River CoNB Employee Parking Permit is valid at designated river parking areas depending on personnel type:

Elizabeth Ave Lot &
Mill Street
(Near Float-in Tube Chute Entrance)
Contractors
Cypress Bend Park &
Hinman Island Drive
Application Requirements
You must submit the following information via our online application process.

Vehicle Information: License Plate Number, State, Make, Model, Color

To register multiple vehicles, you will need to submit an separate application for each vehicle with the required documentation.

Once you submit your registration request, approval of the permit will take approximately 1-3 business days.

After you receive a confirmation email, you are eligible to park for free at the designated river parking areas depending on personnel type (CoNB Employee or Contractor), and no additional steps are necessary upon arrival. Your license plate is your permit. Just park... and go!
