Downtown Employee Parking Permit Eligibility & Rules
To support downtown businesses and improve the overall parking experience, we’re introducing a dedicated employee parking program.
This initiative is designed to ensure that convenient customer-facing spaces remain available for visitors, while providing downtown employees with reliable, affordable, and designated parking options. By managing parking more effectively, we aim to reduce congestion, enhance accessibility, and support a thriving downtown environment.

Available exclusively to employees of participating downtown businesses enrolled in the parking program.

Employee Parking Permits must now be issued through the online portal.

One vehicle permit per employee.

Permits are valid at designated downtown employee parking areas only. See map below. Click the "Employee Permit Parking" check box to view eligible locations.
Documentation Required
You must submit the following information via our online sign-up process.

Contact Information: Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address

Vehicle Information: License Plate Number, State, Make, Model, Color

Downtown Employer ID Number: Four Digit Code Provided by Your Employer

Photo ID: Valid & Current Drivers License

Once you submit your sign-up request, approval of the permit will take approximately 1-3 business days.

After you receive a confirmation email, you are eligible to park in designated employee parking lots, and no additional steps are necessary upon parking in downtown. Your license plate is your permit. Just park... and go!
