City of New Braunfels Locations

Citation of the proposed ordinance will lead to a $100 parking citation. If not paid after 30 days, the fine increases to $165.

However, if the citation is paid within 10 days, the fine is reduced to $65.
If you received a citation at a City of New Braunfels parking location, you can pay the fee online through the pay citation link below.
If you received a citation at a City of New Braunfels parking location and wish to dispute it, you must submit your dispute in writing through the web portal below. You will need your parking ticket number to complete the process. Note: Disputes cannot be handled in person or over the phone.
