Enforcement
Park NBTX Parking Ambassadors are available to assist with parking payments, permit questions, and monitor parking spaces for violations. Violations of the proposed ordinance will lead to a $100 parking citation. However, if the citation is paid within 10 days, the fine is reduced to $65.

Appeal Citation
If you received a citation and wish to dispute it, you must submit your dispute in writing through the web portal below. You will need your parking ticket number to complete the process. Note: Disputes cannot be handled in person or over the phone.
