Parking Dates & Times
Paid Parking Dates and Times

Downtown On-Street Parking

Paid parking is enforced 7 days a week, from 10 AM to 10 PM in designated paid parking areas beginning July 7, 2025.

Downtown City-Owned Parking Lots

Parking is free in city-owned lots. Please refer to posted signage, as different dates, times and regulations may apply.

 

Privately-Owned Downtown Parking Lots
For privately-owned lots in the Downtown area, please refer to posted signage, as different dates, times and regulations may apply.

 

River Parking Areas

Paid parking is enforced May 1st through Labor Day from 8 AM to 7 PM for the following locations:

  • Prince Solms Park

  • East San Antonio Street

  • Mill Street

  • Cypress Bend Park

  • River Acres Park

  • ​Hinman Island Drive (Note: this area is closed on weekends and holidays)

  • Elizabeth Avenue Parking Lot (Note: this lot is pay-to-park on weekends and holidays ONLY -- Weekdays are free)

Disabled Placards & Plates Parking

Those with disabilities whose vehicles are displaying official state-issued license plates or disability placards are exempt from parking fees on Public On-Street Parking in Downtown New Braunfels.
